Church Closing Policy

For Sundays, if a minister can get to the church, the doors will be open for service.  In the event of extreme weather we will announce any closing on the TV at WKYT, Channel 27.  

For other church activities during the week, we will follow the lead of the Clark County schools.  If the schools are closed for the day due to the weather, church activities for the evening will be cancelled.

I received the following text from Kathi. She said it was ok to post: "Jim, would you remember my mom in prayer. She is very ill and has been for several years. She was admitted today and has multiple tumors and aeortic aneurysms. Prognosis is grim. My dad is also having a hard time with this. Update on Josh Gross. He got to go home on Friday afternoon. They sent him home with crutches, because of the pelvis fracture. He was still very sore but doing much better then before. Brandenburg family

An update on Savannah and Dakota Brandenburg...Savannah is now off of life support. She is still being watched very closely due to her head injury and spinal fractures. Dakota was fitted for a brace to help support his spine fractures and a cast for the arm fracture. Savannah has been moved out of ICU and into a room with Dakota. Thanks to all for your prayers. Prayers for the Brandenburg family

The small children of a co-worker of mine (Shannon Brandenburg from Winchester) were in a serious car accident yesterday with their father. They are all at UKMC, Savannah is on life support due to head injuries, lung contusions and several fractures. Dakota has several fractures and in alot of pain.
