Clark County Community Services is a primary source for aid to families in Winchester, providing food, clothing, shelter, and utility assistance while encouraging them toward self-sufficiency.  They also provide assistance for travelers in need, and operates a food pantry and thrift store at 30 Taylor Avenue.
